Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us at hi2rnsassociates@gmail.com or through our support number given below, with your order details.

2. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos as proof.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Items purchased during clearance sales, festive offers, or customized orders are non-returnable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5. International Orders

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is damaged during transit.
  • Custom duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
