Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products received.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images/videos as proof.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Items purchased during clearance sales, festive offers, or customized orders are non-returnable.
3. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide valid bank account details for refund processing.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5. International Orders
- International orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is damaged during transit.
- Custom duties and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
